The First Days Of School

September 10th, 2009

After getting lost several times in school today, I just decided to stick with a group. I learned where homeroom was on the first day, so that wasn’t too hard to find. The Music room, the Phys Ed room, and change room, being on the first floor, were easy to find, since there aren’t a lot of classrooms on the first floor. However, the Science class was difficult to find, even though it’s on the same floor as our lockers. After Science, I got lost, and it took me a while to find my locker.

Homeroom, the first class of the day, is on the second floor. Our lockers are on the third floor. Does that make sense? Why couldn’t the lockers be on the same floor as the homeroom? And why do they have to be on the highest floor? I have two classes on the first floor, and I have to chug around my stuff for both classes because I can’t risk being late for me to grab my stuff from a locker that is two floors away.

Even though I live right across the street, I still manage to be late for the first class. Oops. I guess that’s why time management is important.

Lunch is okay. The cafeteria food pretty good, and not that expensive. Today, I had the best plate of undercooked pasta. Seriously, it was undercooked. But it was still tasty.
Lunch is 50 minutes, and most people think that is barely any time, but I really don’t see what I would do with my self for a full 50 minutes, since eating only takes about 30 minutes maximum.
